Only upon a decision to make an offer will we share your information with Dion Global Solutions Limited (our parent company in India) which will involve transferring your data outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Dion Global Solutions Limited (our parent company in India) are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information in line with our policies. There is not an adequacy decision by the European Commission in respect of India. This means that India is not deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for your personal information. However, to ensure that your personal information receives an adequate level of protection we are entering into a contract with Dion Global Solutions Limited incorporating standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission. Depending on the nature of the role you apply for, upon offer we may embark on background checks to seek verification using a third-party vendor.
