Ms. Kiran Sharma, aged 51 years, is commerce and law graduate and a Fellow member of ICSI. She is the proprietor of Kiran Sharma & Co., a Practicing Company Secretary firm in existence since 1999. She has over two and a half decades of experience in almost every facet of the Profession of Company Secretaries. Before staring her practice in the year 1999, she served in a Manufacturing and a NBFC company as Head- Secretarial & Legal.
Ms. Kiran Sharma is also a Director on the Board of various prestigious companies of Max India Group. She is also a member of Internal Complaint Committee of Mitutoyo South Asia Private Limited and Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana.

Ms. Jayashree Swaminathan has over three decades of experience in growing and managing companies in the IT/ITES, Aviation & Legal Industry, has been an entrepreneur and has pioneered in establishing the automated legal compliance Industry in India. She is a management professional and a “Certified Corporate Director” by the Institute of Directors.

Mr. Sanjeev Chandna, aged 55 years, is a commerce graduate and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is possessing 30 years of vast and rich experience with excellent knowledge of financial reporting and accounting. He is practicing senior partner in K B Chandna & Co. since 1988. He is an expert in covering all aspects from start-up business, to financial management and company closures having proven ability in professional judgement dealings with the disclosure of information in financial reporting.
