SEPA Gateway for SEPA Direct Debits (SDD)
SEPA Gateway for SEPA Direct Debits is a secure, web-based application that offers
all the necessary functionalities to process SEPA Direct Debits. Additionally, it
contains a number of functionalities as management of SEPA mandates, liquidity management
and reporting.
SEPA Gateway for Direct Debits supports the SEPA rulebook from the creditors and
debitors point of view.
Some of the functionalities of SEPA Gateway for Direct Debits are:
- Monitoring:
- Monitoring of incoming and outgoing files, their status and the embedded transactions
- Inquiry and reporting facilities using a variety of criteria at file or transaction
level
- Conversion and Validation:
- Conversion of any message type into SEPA XML messages (e.g., pacs and pain.)
- Fully support of ISO 20022 messaging without truncation of data
- Validation of SEPA schemes

- Mandate Management:
- Importing mandates from external sources
- Mandate archiving. Users and customers have access to view, cancel or amend them
- "Stop options" per mandate or account: accounts can be flagged to avoid direct debits
being booked
- Possibility to set restrictions for the executions of direct debits (e.g. per country
or amount limits)
- Exceptions Management:
- Full STP processing of R-messages, including rejects, returns, refunds, reversals
and cancellations
- Upon receipt of the R-message the original transaction is automatically retrieved
and user alerted
