Executive Management Team

A member of the board and global Chief Executive Officer of Dion, Ralph has an experience of nearly two decades in IT and Securities industries. Prior to the establishment of Dion, Ralph was founder and CEO of Capital Market Solutions where he successfully expanded CMS’s footprint across Asia.

Ralph was also previously a member of the Board of Misys Securities Trading Systems and was Director of Operations in Asia Pacific. He was responsible for the companies’ operations in Australia, New Zealand, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Korea.

Ralph's knowledge of the IT and securities industry has resulted in him being consulted on a number of industry initiatives and being invited to speak at several industry events across the region.

Joe has an experience of over two decades in Information Technology, the last ten specialising in the Securities Industry. Prior to the establishment of Capital Market Solutions and subsequently Dion, Joe was Country Manager, Australia and New Zealand and a Director of Misys Securities Trading Systems Pty Ltd.

Joe headed the Securities Business Unit of Fujitsu Australia Limited and managed the sale of this business to Misys in March 1999. Following the acquisition by Misys, Joe took on responsibility for ACT Financial Systems (Asia Pacific) Pty Ltd (a Misys wholly owned subsidiary).

Rudi has management experience of over two decades providing software and business solutions to the financial markets around the globe, developing an excellent understanding of both banking and securities industries.

Experienced in both operational and commercial aspects of operating a business, Rudi’s executive positions in the past have included; being a member of the Board of Misys Securities Trading Systems in London - where he was Director of Operations for Europe and the US, Managing Director of Misys Banking Systems for Japan and Korea, and Global Operations Director for BIS Banking Trading Systems based in Luxembourg.

Asim has over 15 years of experience in selling software products in Indian financial industry. In his previous roles, prior to Dion, he has also worked across Middle East and was instrumental in growing the business tremendously. Asim is widely known across the industry and has a great reputation across capital market in India. His passion for the industry is what led him to bring new revolutionary concepts in technology and client servicing, winning him several prestigious awards in return. He is veteran in creating awareness and taking the concept of CTCL trading to the masses across India & Middle East.

Previously, Asim has worked as Head of Sales for Direct FN Ltd. (Mubasher), Dubai, National Sales Head at Financial Technologies (India) Ltd. and Regional Head (North) for MCX.

At Dion, Asim heads business development activities and operations across South Asia, Middle East & Africa.

Colin has and experience of over two decades within the financial software industry and nearly fifteen years’ experience in the Investment Banking and Broking industries, gained in London, Frankfurt, New York, Chicago and Tokyo.

Having been based in Asia for over 17 years, Colin's previous executive positions have included managing the Asian and European business for Religare Technova / Capital Market Solutions, Country Manager - Japan for Misys Securities Trading Systems as well as other senior Business Development and Business Consultancy positions.

Colin is now utilising his experience and skills in heading the Products & Strategy division to help expand Dion's product portfolio.

Gaurav has grown from the grass root level to managing the software development division as Development Director at Dion. His ability to learn, apply technical skills and absorb business acumen at a tremendous speed has helped to grow the development team and its array of products.

With experience in Software Services, Software Solutions and Product Management, Gaurav has played a variety of key roles including development, analysis, architect and many more. His knowledge of technology and business along-with a customer centric focus has been a key driver in his contribution to the growth of Dion.

Anurag has an experience of over two decades in financial research, including nearly a decade in developing financial research platforms and databases. He has a strong entrepreneurial ability with a strong record of contributions that involved identification of new business opportunities, product conceptualization & development, creation of new business models, and managed large P&L responsibilities.

Prior to Dion, Anurag was associated with Gridstone Research as Head of Research Operations. He also co-founded ICRA Online, a leading provider of information and software products to mutual funds industry in India and served as its Joint Managing Director. He has also worked with Copal Research, KMG Infotech, and HB Portfolio.

Carnac has an experience of over two decades in the information technology, capital markets and banking industry. He has managed the business of delivering Application Solutions to financial markets and in particular the Treasury and Risk Management markets, for over 14 years in North America, ASEAN and South Asia.

Carnac has been responsible for initiating and successfully building several business lines in his earlier assignments at Wipro. As a Regional Director at Thomson Reuters, he was successfully involved with the acceleration of the Trade and Risk management business in South Asia and ASEAN regions. At Dion, he is managing the P&L and incubating a green field product – dfferentia, for the global OTC derivatives community.

Keith, a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the New Zealand Society of Accountants, has an experience of over two decades in the financial and IT industries. Prior to joining Capital Market Solutions and sub sequentially Dion, Keith was Director of finance and operations for Attachmate Australasia where he was responsible for Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and India.

With Keith's specialised expertise he is responsible for leading all aspects of Dion’s finance and administrative functions globally.

Tanmaya has an experience of over a decade, handling diverse roles within the financial segment. At Dion, he is responsible for managing Company’s financials that includes fund raising, accounting, treasury and fund management, budgeting, MIS, tax strategies, compliance & corporate taxation, risk assessment, legal and corporate financial reporting functions. Tanmaya is also responsible for managing company’s cash, capital structure, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions evaluation. Tanmaya has over 10 years of experience in diverse financial fields such as accounting, financial & planning and consulting.

Prior to Dion, Tanmaya was a Business Finance Controller at CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation) where he held key responsibilities of financial planning and analysis. He also worked extensively with Pricewaterhouse Coopers for 5 years in consulting and risk management. During this tenure he also spent a year at PwC Chicago on deputation, having experience in consulting to various US Companies. He also worked with Avaya Global Solution for over a year.
