Job Title: Senior Software Developer

Report to: Development Manager 

Industry: IT-Software 

Location: Mumbai – Malad 

Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters / MS (B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD) degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred 

Required Experience: 6+yrs

• Excellent in data structures and algorithms (distributed, on disk, in memory & streaming)

• Advanced in core java: oops, collections, generics, util.concurrent, threading, classloading, garbage collection, design patterns, serialization & services, dependency injection, aop, nio, tuning jvm

• Knowledge of advanced networking fundamentals

• Knowledge of advanced linux os fundamentals

• Experience in leading at least 1 SDLC of HA distributed component

• Experience in leading at least 1 SDLC of SOA-HA application

• Experience in scripting language : python or perl (python preferred)

Responsibilities: 

• Research of similar technologies, scope gathering and writing software specification

• Build & review test plans with QA & participate in code reviews with other developers.

• Analyse impact to system, customer, design, and functionality. Also create technical specifications and release into QA.
